How do i spiral curl my hair with a flat iron(chi)?

EX: i want to know how to do each. my hair is wash and straighten. i have black hair too

it all depends on how curly your hair can get.but i dont think you can curl your hair that tightly with a straight iron. but you can get beachy waves with a straight iron. you just act like your straightening your hair but when you get to the end of a section of your hair, you start curling it up your hair. like a curling iron. you hold it at the top for up to 30 seconds, (you dont want to fry your hair) then release. finger through the sections once youve curled everything but dont brush, it'll take the curl out. and spray some curl hold or something on it. hope i helped.How do i spiral curl my hair with a flat iron(chi)?
