How should i curly my naturally curly hair with an iron?

well i'll be using a chi.

i know how to curl it when its already straight, but

should i straighten it firth %26amp; then curl? or what? lol

maybe you could blowdry ur hair straight first, then curl it, the curls will turn out better that way, i tend to do that usually.How should i curly my naturally curly hair with an iron?
Pull down on the ends of it so its virtually straight, then clasp the bottom with the iron and curl it up towards the top of your head. While its at the top, you shuold spray it with hairspray to keep friz down and keep the curls intact for hours.
